Defective products can be sent in for repair at any time. However, checking them in advance considerably simplifies troubleshooting and may mean that it is not necessary to send them in.
If you are charged for the repair (e.g. outside the warranty period), we will send you a cost estimate on request after checking the defect. With your approval, the product will be repaired, otherwise we will send the defective product back to you or dispose of it at your request.
